Team Management with Animalog
Here at Animalog we believe that your team is important, whether you are a team of 1 or a team of 100, everyone has a part to play and they are what makes your business successful.
However, there is a heavy admin requirement when it comes to managing your team, this includes:
- keeping track of who is on the treatment team
- what appointments everyone has and when
- what treatments were conducted by each team member
- and, the creation of treatment reports after each visit
This is especially important when you have a large team, have different working hours within your team, and when a member of your team dares to take a well deserved holiday.
The management of teams then becomes a time-consuming task with a huge margin for errors. These errors can result in double-booked appointments, missing records and potentially unintentional harm to your clients and their pets.
Animalog knows just how important this admin side of team management is. But equally just how tricky it can be to get right.
This is where the Animalog system comes into its own.
Within the Animalog system, you can create individual records for each of your team members. Data can then be added to their individual records such as:
- An electronic copy of their signature - this can be used to complete their reports to save printing, signing and then re-scanning reports.
- Their role – this then ensures that they can only be assigned to appointments in the relevant section of your pet treatment centre.
- Whether they are active – if team members leave then you can mark their record as non-active to ensure they cannot be assigned appointments.
All of the information assigned to each individual record then allows your admin team to manage your appointment system with ease, and even complete treatment reports based on notes written by your treatment staff.
Keeping track of your team, your appointments, the treatments conducted and the treatment all become much easier via Animalog.
