Here at Animalog we want you and your team to be able to use the Animalog system within your pet treatment centre with ease and efficiency.
To help you with this we have free support for every user.
You can either contact us via our usual email address, or you can use our user only ticketing system. Within your Animalog account there is an option in your menu called ‘Support’, simply click on this to see all tickets you have raised and generate a new ticket.
These tickets are monitored by our team and acted upon accordingly.
This means that you can keep focused on your clients without having to spend needless time on admin.
